Non-slump and is ideal for large format tiles.
Designed for bonding all types of ceramic, stone and mosaic tiles and ideal for large format tiles, onto a variety of substrates (like concrete, render, rendered brickwork, block work, gyprock, and fibre cement surfaces).
Can be used Internally or externally on wall and floor surfaces.
Can be used for fixing low porosity tiles.
Can be used for fixing tiles over most waterproofing membranes. However it is advisable to contact the manufacturer prior to commencing.
Can be used in and around concrete swimming pools as long as it is mixed with Uniflex Additive.
Not suitable for some moisture sensitive stone like green marble or some limestones.
RLA Mastik is an economical, flexible polymer modified adhesive with great mastic properties for bonding most types of ceramic and porcelain tiles (with the exception of moisture sensitive stone and marbles) over concrete, cement render, rendered brickwork, blockwork, gyprock, plasterboard, fibre cement sheeting & RLA approved waterproofing membranes.
Mastik is classified as a C2S1ET adhesive.
